We walk your home together on a live video call — you hold the phone, we direct the tour. Combined with your floor plan and photos, this shows us sightlines, entry points, and risks with more context than a clipboard visit, and it works in any country.
A phone with a camera, about 45–60 minutes, and a rough floor plan — a hand sketch or a few photos are fine. We handle everything else.

Yes. Optimization is one of our core services: we re-aim, re-place, and retune what you have, and only recommend new hardware for genuine gaps.
Never. The walkthrough is live-only, and any floor plans you share are deleted on request after your report is delivered.
Your plan includes a privacy configuration for every device: local-first storage where possible, a separate IoT network, and sharing settings locked down by default.
For most homes, yes. Modern equipment is largely peel-and-stick or single-drill; our blueprint tells you exactly where everything goes, and a support call is included if you get stuck.
Absolutely. We plan no-drill, take-it-with-you setups for renters, and note which recommendations need a landlord’s sign-off.
