Shield n Shelter (shieldnshelter.com) provides independent home security consulting — delivered remotely, worldwide. This policy explains what information we handle and the promises we make about it.
The promises that define our practice
Your consultation video is never recorded. Virtual walkthroughs happen live, on the video app you choose, and no recording is made or stored by us — ever.
Your floor plans are deleted on request. Floor plans, photos, and property notes are used solely to produce your assessment. Ask us to delete them after your report is delivered and we will, permanently.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you type: your name, email address, and any property information you choose to share. We use them to respond, schedule your assessment, and produce your report. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing.
Reports
Your assessment report belongs to you. We retain a copy so we can support you afterwards; you may request its deletion at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the technical cookies required for basic functionality and caching. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Transactional email (replies, scheduling, report delivery) is sent via an authenticated SMTP service. We do not operate marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by using the contact form. We respond within one business day.
